Road Construction UPDATE

The City Council approved the road construction schedule for this fall.  The roads to be improved are St. Andrews, Henderson, St. Ann, Dartmoor, Sanborn, Blandford, Parchester, part of Ellington, Atherstone and Holborn Ct.  The anticipated schedule for this work is as follows:

Concrete Curb replacement will take place on selected portions of Dartmoor, Sanborn, Blandford, Parchester, Atherstone and Holborn Ct. starting on 11/24/2025 through 11/26.

Then beginning on 12/1/2025 milling and paving of all roads will commence with an anticipated completion date of 12/5/2025 weather dependent. 

Attention will be paid to residents being able to access their drives as needed. 

Please use caution when driving on roads under construction as there will be large equipment and trucks moving on site. 

All work schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions.  Any changes to this schedule will be updated daily on the City of Normandy website.

The concrete crews will return to the Ward 1 road repairs on Friday 12/5  weather permitting.  The road repair crews will begin asphalt work on St. Ann starting on Monday 12/8 weather permitting.  They will then move to St. Andrews and Henderson.  Stay tuned for further updates.
