With the approval of the 21st Circuit Court, Normandy Consolidated Municipal Court offices will be closed Monday, May 23rd, to Friday, May 27th, in order to allow staff to attend training. Court offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 31st, following the Memorial Day holiday. If you need to make a payment you can still pay online (click here).
Under the general direction of the City Administrator, the City Clerk is the designated custodian of records for the City and is responsible for making and keeping minutes for Normandy City Council Meetings and keeping other records of city business. The City Clerk is also responsible for additional administrative duties including but not limited to some payroll and accounting functions. The City Clerk also supervises a small staff of clerks in City Hall and must be skilled in leadership abilities.
This position pays $50,000-$60,000 annually. The City of Normandy also offers great benefits and is a part of the LAGERS retirement system.
The City of Normandy, Missouri is seeking a qualified Accounting Firm to provide Municipal Audit Services for the FY 2021 ending September 30th, 2021. Applicants shall demonstrate knowledge with governmental auditing standards and regulations as well as experience verifying compliance with GAAP to satisfy the annual audit requirements of the State of Missouri.
Sealed proposals will be accepted until 10:00am, Monday May 23rd, 2022, at which time there will be a public bid opening will be held at Normandy City Hall, 7700 Natural Bridge Road, Normandy, MO 63121. All bids should be placed in a sealed envelope with “ATTN: City Clerk, Proposal for Audit Services” written on the envelope.

Redbird Rookies is a free coed baseball/softball program for youth ages 5-13 that is sponsored by the Cardinals Care organizations.
