Bids shall be submitted securely sealed and clearly marked "Hoelzel Park Invasive Removal Project 2024" indicated on the envelope, no later than 10:00 a.m. on July 5, 2024.

INVITATION TO BID

Beyond Housing, on behalf of the municipality of Normandy, is seeking collaborative bids to remove invasives and provide natural area restoration services in Hoelzel Park. This activity is funded in part with Missouri Department of Conservation funds.

All bidders are strongly advised to read and familiarize themselves with this invitation, the attached bid specifications, and the project plan and map (Exhibit A).

The Project shall be initiated after August 1, 2024, and be completed by or before November 30, 2024. The start date is contingent on when funding is received.

All contractors are required to meet on site prior to submitting bids with representatives of the City of Normandy and Beyond Housing to review project expectations. Please reach out to Jack McDonnell to schedule the site visit.

Bids should be submitted by mail or with a drop off to Normandy City Hall, 7700 Natural Bridge Road, Normandy, MO by July 5, 2024, at 10 a.m. A public bid opening will immediately follow. All bid documents must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

“Hoelzel Park Invasive Removal Project 2024”
