Hazardous Weather Condition NWS - May 19, 2025
The National Weather Service has provided the following:
Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern and central Missouri and western and southern Illinois.
Today and tonight, May 19, 2025. A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 79. Southeast wind 11 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Tonight, Showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 1 am, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 1 am. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Low around 66. Southeast wind 13 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. The chance of precipitation is 90%. These storms will be capable of producing large hail, damaging winds, and a few tornadoes. Locally, heavy rain will also be possible with these storms.
Tuesday locally through Sunday. There is a chance for thunderstorms on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

- Non-perishable food
- First aid kit
