City Hall LED Message Board Request For Proposals

The City of Normandy, Missouri is seeking qualified firms to procure and install digital LED display signs at Normandy City Hall 7700 Natural Bridge Road, St. Louis, MO.   Applicants shall provide a completed bid packet and all the necessary attachments in a sealed bid. There shall be a mandatory pre-bid site visit to Normandy City Hall, which will be held on December 19^th at 11:30am.

          Sealed proposals will be accepted until 10:00am, Tuesday January 7, 2025, at which time there will be a public bid opening will be held at Normandy City Hall, 7700 Natural Bridge Road, Normandy, MO 63121. All bids should be placed in a sealed envelope with “ATTN: Director of Public Works, City of Normandy – City Hall LED Message Board” written on the envelope.
