Shall the municipalities of the City of Normandy and the Village of Glen Echo Park be consolidated into one municipality in the manner set forth, and as described in the legal description and map contained in the Boundary Commission’s Summary of Decision, Commission Number BC2301, a copy of which is on file and may be inspected at 7700 Natural Bridge Road, Normandy, MO 63121?
