    1. Council Bill #23-6 (Second Reading) – An ordinance of the City of Normandy, Missouri updating chapter 320 of the Normandy City Code regarding special enforcement areas in school zones.
  6. NEW BUSINESS
    1. Council Bill #23-7 (First Reading) – An ordinance of the City of Normandy, Missouri, amending sections 215.1800 and 215.1830 and enacting new code sections 215.1880 and 215.1885 to address changes to the Missouri constitution concerning possession of recreational marijuana and restricting public smoking and consumption of marijuana.
    2. Council Bill #23-8 (First Reading) – An ordinance of the City of Normandy, Missouri, amending schedule IV of the Normandy City Code to add additional parking restrictions in the subdivision of Berdell Hills and Skyview Terrace.
    3. Resolution #23-5 – A resolution of the City of Normandy, Missouri authorizing the City Administrator to accept a bid from Spencer Contracting for the replacement of sidewalks in the Norwood Manor subdivision using Community Development Block Grant funds
    4. Resolution #23-6 – A resolution of the City of Normandy, Missouri adopting estimated non-binding property tax rates for the 2023 tax year.
