   1. Council Bill #22-24 – (Second reading) An ordinance of the City of Normandy, Missouri updating Chapter 605 of the Normandy City Code regarding the Business Licenses.
6. NEW BUSINESS
   1. USDA Lab Testing Facility Chapter 100, 7654 Natural Bridge
      1. Council Bill #23-2 – An ordinance authorizing the City of Normandy, Missouri, to issue its taxable industrial revenue bonds (Normandy USDA LLC project), series 2023, in a principal amount of not to exceed $105,000,000 for the purpose of providing funds to pay the costs of acquiring and constructing a facility for an industrial development project in the city and authorizing the city to enter into certain agreements and take certain other actions in connection with the issuance of the bonds.
   2. Council Bill #23-3 – An ordinance of the City of Normandy, Missouri, approving the submittal of a proposal for a plan for the consolidation of the Village of Glen Echo Park and the City of Normandy.
   3. Council Bill #23-4 – An ordinance of the City of Normandy, Missouri updating chapter 500 of the Normandy City Code regarding electrical code.
