    1. USDA Lab Testing Facility Chapter 100, 7654 Natural Bridge
      1. Council Bill #23-2 – (second reading) An ordinance authorizing the City of Normandy, Missouri, to issue its taxable industrial revenue bonds (Normandy USDA LLC project), series 2023, in a principal amount of not to exceed $105,000,000 for the purpose of providing funds to pay the costs of acquiring and constructing a facility for an industrial development project in the city and authorizing the city to enter into certain agreements and take certain other actions in connection with the issuance of the bonds.
    2. Council Bill #23-4 – (second reading) An ordinance of the City of Normandy, Missouri updating chapter 500 of the Normandy City Code regarding electrical code.
  5. NEW BUSINESS
    1. Resolution #23-3 – A resolution of the City of Normandy, Missouri approving a petition to transfer a special use permit at 7654 Natural Bridge Road to Normandy USDA LLC.
    2. Resolution #23-4 – a resolution of the City of Normandy, Missouri approving the expenditure of Park and Stormwater ½ Cent Sales Tax funds in an amount not to exceed $5,000 for the removal and maintenance of trees in City park.
    3. Council Bill #23-5 – An ordinance of the City of Normandy, Missouri maintaining the tax rate of its tax on the gross receipts of gas and other public utility corporations conducting business within the city.
    4. Council Bill #23-6 – An ordinance of the City of Normandy, Missouri updating chapter 320 of the Normandy City Code regarding special enforcement areas in school zones.
