Public Information serves to inform City residents, employees, and other effected parties about what the Normandy government is doing and why.

The City is responsible for the production and dissemination of information about City operations and business to both the public at large (external customers) and to City employees (internal customers).

The City disseminates information using a variety of public information, advertising, public relations, and marketing tools to include the quarterly newsletter, news media release, public service announcements, and advertising campaigns.
