POLICE OFFICER

The City of Normandy is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. The primary duties and responsibilities of a Police Officer include the prevention and suppression of crime, the investigation of offenses and the arrest of offenders, the protection of life and property, and the preservation of the peace. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen; have no felony or serious misdemeanor convictions; must be POST licensed; and, have either a high school diploma or G.E.D.  Applicants must pass the written, oral, and drug screen exams.
